These amazing preserves are made in the north of Tasmania by Kate Smith Just Add Moonshine (JAM) from roadside fruit, excess produce from farms and the bounty of friends gardens. Kate is a writer and the names for her products are evocative and sometimes tongue in cheek. Her creativity spills over into the combination tastes she magically combines, inspired by her walks with her familiar Rio.

A medley of green tomatoes @ Evandale, Granny Smith and pink lady apples, sugar, dates, William pears, wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, fenugreek, Kashmiri chilli, nigella and fennel seed.
